Pet Policy

A pet-friendly home with room for daily rituals. At 222 Hennepin, your cat or dog has more to enjoy than an apartment that allows pets. Head to the fenced-in pet exercise area for fresh air between outings, stop by the office for a treat, and watch for Yappy Hours that make pet-friendly living feel built in. When longer walks are on the agenda, Central Minneapolis puts you close to neighborhood off-leash options, including North Loop Dog Park. Back at home, controlled access, elevator convenience, in-home laundry, and select patios or balconies help make everyday pet care feel easy. Explore more community features or schedule a tour to see the spaces in person.
